Kit Install: $497
The Ops Kit plus two working sessions installing it in your Discord or group chat. Daily sheet, team lead checklists, invoicing routine. About 2 weeks.
Systems Build: $1,250
We build up to 6 routines (the bot and the protocols) inside your own tools, train you and your office person, and support it for 30 days. About 3 weeks. Then you run it.
Have us run it
The Ops Desk: a trained Integrator, the bot, and weekly upkeep. Nothing goes out without your 👍.
Plus a one-time setup fee of one month of your plan. Coming from a Systems Build? Your Build fee counts toward it.

Advisory hours: $150/hour, in 2-hour blocks. Pricing, hiring, a new service line, or a system that stopped working. Straight answers from an owner who’s been there.
How the credits work
- Strategy Session → anything: your $297 comes off a Kit Install, a Systems Build, or your first Ops Desk month if you buy within 30 days.
- Kit Install → Ops Desk: $250 off your first desk month if you start within 60 days.
- Systems Build → Ops Desk: your Build fee is credited toward the desk’s one-time setup fee if you start within 60 days.

What if the session isn’t useful?
If I can’t name at least 3 concrete fixes by the end of our call, you get your $297 back.
How do I pay for a build?
Half up front, half at handoff. If we miss the agreed scope, we keep working at no charge until it’s met.
What’s the difference from the free sort?
The free sort is how we size an Ops Desk for you. The Strategy Session is advice and a plan you keep, whatever you decide.
Do I need Discord?
No. We use it at Rise and Clean, but the systems also work in a group chat or the tools you already use.
